- Quiet, historic, with beach, not many children Greece – HELP!?
I've been looking for a week's vacation in Greece in recent two months, and still have no idea where to go! Everywhere has conflicting reports. Skiathos first I thought it would be nice, but I later learned that is shocking and tasteless. Then I thought of Halkidiki, but apparently it is even busier. Now I'm thinking of Crete, but there are many different options so! What I'm looking for somewhere not too sticky, not crowded, with some good sandy beaches and a little history – I do not mind popping in a bus or walk somewhere interesting. I preferably do not want to bother with a long transfer from the airport to the area – or anything less than an hour should be good. I travel with my boyfriend. We are both in our twenty-five. We are not a big fan of households or the generation of rowdy revelry. He just wants something nice! HELP! In addition, if anyone can provide links, so I know that book, that would be fantastic. Thank you.
Greece is full of tourists by definition. Crete a great choice, however. Rhodes So, if you want a little history. Anyway ….. If you want to run from the crowd, I recommend some beautiful, beautiful island, quiet in the northern Aegean. Have a great holiday both!
